  • Shipping Availability: Products are available for shipment within India only.
  • Processing Time: We ship within 2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery is between 3 to 5 days from shipment. You will receive tracking information as soon as the product is shipped via email or mobile.

SECTION 2 – CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation: Orders can be canceled anytime prior to shipping. Orders cannot be canceled post-shipment.

SECTION 3 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Return Eligibility: Our products come sealed from the time of manufacture. Only sealed products can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Opened products are non-returnable.
  • Refund Process: If a product is returned, it will be verified to ensure it is sealed. Once verified, a refund will be initiated. Payment gateways generally take around 5 to 7 days for funds to reach your bank account/wallet/credit card.
