Refund and Returns Policy


1. Return Eligibility:

      • To qualify for a refund, products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

      • Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all seals intact to ensure they can be resold.

    2. Refund Deduction:

        • A processing fee of Rs. 500.00 will be deducted from the total amount of your refund, excluding any taxes or fees levied by payment processing partners.

      3. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

          • No refunds will be issued for items returned after 15 days from the delivery date.

          • Items returned due to a failed delivery attempt will not be eligible for a refund. We can, however, resend the package for a nominal courier fee.

        4. Cancellation Policy:

            • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement.

            • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed through the original payment method within 10 working days.

          5. Used and Damaged Products:

              • We cannot offer refunds for used, damaged, or partially opened products. All returned items must be in a resalable condition.

            6. Return Process:

                • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive return instructions and a return authorization number.

                • Ensure that the return package is securely packed and includes a copy of the original invoice or receipt.

              7. Refund Processing:

                  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed. The time required for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

                8. Exchanges:

                    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

                  9. Shipping Costs:

                      • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
